Hi! I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Flatbush in the vicinity of Ave K-O and from East 9th St to Ocean Ave. Preferably in a house but will look at apts in buildings if it is a nice/decent building and on a low floor.

I heard that Chaim Berlin recently bought a building on E. 14th st. between M & N? Does anyone know anything about that?
