I don't know which salad she served. But the usual ceaser salad is:

romain lettuce
crutons
cherry tomatoes

Dressing:
1 C. mayo
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
1/4 C. water
Garlic

Not very "ceasor" but that what it is called.

another great parve ceasar salad dressing is
1/4 c oil
1/2 mayo
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp mustard
I add a lil honey and water to make it more liquidy.
if you want to serve it shabbos add some grilled chicken cutlets and croutons and its a chicken ceasar it is a great appetizer. or you can put on some flakes salmon and its a salmon ceasar.

I make the one that mom222 posted. But I also add a little salt & pepper. I use the frozen crushed garlic. I put on square in.

I like sweet and tangy dressings, so I usually make a variation of this dressing - with lots of dill. Sometimes I'll add a little bit of honey mustard to it as well.
