It has come to my attention that dc (age 16) has a Facebook account and at least 2 emails accounts. How do I delete or cancel all of these without passwords. Thank you.

You will not be able to prevent her from creating new email accounts. She obviously doesn't even need to use your computer to do so. Have you considered asking her why she had these different accounts?

First of all, you can't. Second, even if you cancelled it she would start another account. Third, canceling her account when she doesn't understand why she shouldn't have it, will only make her rebellious, which is especially understandable considering you clearly have an email.
