Imitation Cheesecake

Ingredients:
(sorry, no exact measurements, but it doesn't matter)

4-5 cups soft mashed potatoes
8 eggs, beaten
boiled sugar - however sweet you like it
lemon juice (about one lemon)

Mix all ingredients into a smooth liquidy batter. Bake for about 2 1/2 hours. Refrigerate. Tastes like cheesecake. Good luck!

I also tried a great one made of ground almonds, eggs, sugar.
