Not sure the diagnosis it's in the family of MS. His speech is extremely unclear. I didn't recognize him when I saw him the first time since he got sick. His face is deformed. He is only getting worse. Recently heard he can't walk the stairs to go to his shul.

Amother just above, I don't know what that means. I think I don't want to know. What I've enjoyed about this thread, other than the random obvious tongue in cheek posts, was that no one criticized anyone's choices. (Unless you believe the reference to that particular rav was also tongue in cheek. Even so.)
