Does anyone have any idea what I can use my leftover lady fingers for? My baby does not want them any more and I have almost a full bulk box.

Anything creative or can I sub it for something?

put them around a bowl and fill with chocolate mousse or something of the sort ... I also believe teramisu (coffee dessert) is made with same...

Soak each lady finger in chocolate liquor for a few seconds and layer in a bowl, put strawberries on top, or whatever fruit you have around. You can do a layer of pudding if you have and then add a layer of nutriwhip, or richs whip.

Depending on the bowl you could keep layering, and wallah you have trifle.
