Im making my sons upsherin. Its not being an over the top affair but a light spread like bagels salads I need ideas of other food thats easy to make and would go on the buffet. Thank you so much

I put out bake ziti and it went very well

I had baked ziti, quiche, salad, bagels, tuna, cream cheese etc, fruit, iced coffee at my son's upsherin.
also a tzitzis cake and yalmulka cookies for dessert

Fruit trays are very popular in our community and are always gobbled up. You can buy one that often comes with a sweet dip or you can cut up your own.

My mother sewed a simple blue pillowcase and my son sat on the pillow on a blue lawnchair for the haircut. Now he uses that pillowcase every night and remembers his special day. He also uses that particular lawnchair on the porch.
