I just made Tofu Cutlet Marsala - it came out very good!
It was one of those iffy recipes that I could easily mess up - but thank goodness I didn't!
I'm also going to try a creamy dill and onion soup next.

defy: is the recipe on the board? I'd be intrested but what's a tofu cutlet?
lunch I had emek light cheese on a small whole wheat roll and a bigsalad.
dinner was a chicken leg, 1/3 c. rice some more salad
I'm craving sugar however! help!!l

went from icecream to tuna ... to bowl of cereal for dinner - I guess everyone could make their own dinner

especially if it's ice cream hot fudge sundae on top of a brownie with whipped cream and chocolate chips on top. I told you I'm having major taivas right now. B"H, I'm fleishig!
