Place for family reunion - about 60 people, NY, NJ, PA

Does anyone know of a place (large house, 2 large houses...camp site cabins....) that can be rented out for 2 or 3 days in August for a family reunion?
We'd love a place that can also provide linen and food - but is NOT a requirement.
Anywhere in PA, NJ or NY would work.
Looking forward to your suggestions!

Google The Monsey Mansion. It has a large number of bedrooms and I think provides linens.

The Monsey Mansion is big, but it's only 15 bedrooms, which would probably be quite crowded for 60 people.

Would you consider western PA? We did family reunion for slightly smaller number of people (I think about 40 or 45) at Seven Spring which is a ski resort just 1hour east of Pittsburgh. I remember they provided linens, but we got all food from Pittsburgh and did self-catering (lots of BBQ). It's basically cottages so we booked 1-2 for each families in the same area. I didn't arrange this but it was a good destination with lots of activities available.

If western PA doesn't work, maybe it's worth checking out other ski resorts that are open in summer and with activities, like Bear Mountain or Hunter Mountain? .
