I sent DH to buy meat and he came home with this. Can anyone post recipes or instructions for how to cook this meat? I want it to be delicious! If possible I'd love to able to be make it in advance and keep frozen until erev yomtov.

The same way you would cook any london broil. Marinate and then broil for 7-8 on each side.

I marinate it for a couple of hours in Italian salad dressing (in a ziplock bag). Let it come to room temperature before you cook it. Let it dir 10 minutes after broiling. Don't ovet cook. Cut against the grain. If you're gong to freeze it, I'd probably slice it first and then serve it at room temperature or cold after thawing. It will get mushy if you try to reheat.

Thank you so much! This sounds like it'll work better than a steak for making in advance. I couldn't figure out how I'd reheat a steak to be good and juicy. I'm going to try this recipe for Sukkos iy"H.

Taste the sauce before pouring over meat to see if it needs more sugar

Any reviews on this recipe? I have a shoulder London broil in my freezer that I would like to use for Shavous. Thanks!
