I currently live a two bedroom apartment Flatbush. I am paying 1625 and I signed the lease a year and a half ago. There is an available two bedroom in my building now and they are asking 1775. Just curious what all your Flatbush renters are paying......

Paying 1700 for a 2 bedroom in a house. But been paying this for a few years already. Now a 3 small bedroom apartments on my block are going for 2200.

In Marine Park. Got very lucky with non-Jewish landlords who don't know market prices and renting 3 bedroom for 1830. All others on my block go for 1950-2300.

you can get 2 bedroom 2 bathroom in a brand new apartment here in lakewood for 900. but its a basement. but has full size windows. beautiful grounds. so look in masa umatan. google it and you can find things for much cheaper. in lakewood its the renters luck now cause there are so many apartments that the price is down. and alot are building so its new.
