Sorry to discourage you, but I dont think its gonna happen unless you have someone you are close to who is in Israel and is a gadol with major pull

There is a number and you can call speak to the gabbai. He does not see women unless it is something very difficult... special case... But your husband/brother/father/friend can go for you I suppose. You can pm me and I can tell you what I know.

Mishpacha had an article on Rav Chaim Kanievsky in the Sukkos edition that said explicitly that Rav Chaim replies to every single letter--and that he receives the most mail of any address in Israel! The address that was posted in the article is Rechov Rashbam 23, Bnei Brak. The response will likely be very succinct. Hope this is helpful.

He certainly doesn't know English. I don't know if the person who helps with his mail (his son?) does, but I wouldn't count on it. Can you get someone to help you translate and write it in Hebrew?
