I need someone who does everything but selling me the cabinets and granite counter and installation of cabinets and granite counter. That would be done by others.

I need the contractor to rip out a kitchen, rip out a stone floor, do electricity and plumbing in preparation for new kitchen, install tile floor, etc, who is used to working with kitchen jobs, and good at it.

For some reason I looked at two other recent threads, started by others, and no one responded with names of contractors.

No recomendation, but I wouldn't take a handy man all in one. Try to use someone that has pple that specialize in each part. For ex. Tiles need to be laid very well if not they will crack

Handy man and contractor are two different things. A contractor doesn't do all the different jobs himself, he hires specialists or has employees that specialize in various different aspects. I think that's what you mean?

You still get the specialized professional work, and with a contractor there's someone in charge of decisions and timing and someone responsible if something goes wrong. Contractor is always worth it. I've done it both ways and hiring individual people is not only a huge headache, in the long run it ends up costing you the same or more because they mess up.

Op you can PM me.
