We're starting a new medical billing company.
Anyone familiar with HIPAA agreement and what documents/ forms need to be completed in order to remain compliant?

It is very complicated and not at all black and white but rather very gray. Hire a lawyer or a compliance company to help you if this is a priority for you. It is more than just signing documents but also the security of your computer network and what email domain you use and the physical set up of your computers, etc. I have been working on this for a while for my office and it's so time consuming and confusing.
