Interesting that it mentions Gedaliah Weinbergers affiliation with BMG but not with Torah Vodaas.
He has no authoritative power in BMG but he has a lot of it in Torah Vodaas, Being that Torah Vodaas is a Yeshiva that goes with the philosophy of being very accepting to all they should be the focus of his appearance. Not BMG which has no elementary school anyhow. How Torah Vodaas is impacted by their more accepting standards should be a major component of the conversation

It seems the truth of Rechnitz's words are being denied and hes made to sound like a scaremonger. Something tells me the questions that were asked, were phrased in a way that the Rabbis answering would agree with schools administration's policy of being entitled to be very choosy about who they accept.
What wasnt brought into this discussion so far, was that those with "connections" in Lakewood who know the right people, and whose houses are not necessarily more frum than those being rejected, their children are accepted to the schools of their choice, regardless of the frumkeit in the house.

It's interesting that Lichtenstein is the host for the show because he himself used to live in Lakewood and he moved to Monsey because he couldn't get his kids into school. So he knows firsthand how true rechnitz words are.
