I'm looking for a low sodium, flavorful recipe for instant brown rice. Savory preferred. No soy sauce or teriyaki sauce.
(If the recipe has salt I'll just omit it.)

Add 1 diced tomato, 1 shredded carrot, boiling water, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, (salt) and pepper. Cover tightly and bake until done.
