What are you giving your kids for breakfast on Purim, to make sure they have some real food before the junk starts coming in?

I was thinking "What do I feed everyone tonight?!" My 2 year old has been noshing on everything we made for the Seuda and the stuff in the MM he helped put together. He needs to eat something healthy before megilla tonight.
For breakfast...do it early before the junk starts coming in. Smoothies or yogurt with fruit, hard boiled eggs, or how about a scrambled egg and veggie wrap? Oatmeal

my purim used to start off with scrambled eggs for everyone ... nothing like some protein to keep you going on an otherwise sugar-loaded day
as for me I would add a little chocolate liquor to my coffee ~ so I start my day off right too
