How do I heat up lasagna and quiches on a stovetop for Shavuot?
Everything will be in foil pans. I could technically order some Pyrex from Amazon today and make everything in Pyrex pans, but I don't think that will help. My concern is making sure the middle and top get warm without burning the bottom. Everything will be very heavy, so I don't think that flipping pans over is a possibility.
Would improvising a double boiler help? Not that I know how I would work that out. I'd have to get a big wide milchig pot and suspend each foil pan over it, I guess.
I can't see how everything (2 big lasagna pans, 3 quiches in pie dishes) will be warm at the same time.
Of course, it would be best to use the oven --- but the thought of leaving the oven on for 3 days makes me sick.
Thanks for any advice!

Thank you!
I realize also that this question was asked and answered in the other lasagna thread here. Sorry!
