does anyone know of hotel near ny area for short weekend? raleigh is to pricey (around 800 from friday to sunday) I would love to be in a place that provides food.

The other options with food in the Mountains are just as expensive unfortunately. (Though I wonder which ones are still around.)
If $650 is low enough for you  there is oneg shabbos (or something like that IIRC) that does 2-3 specific weekends in NJ in the summer.

I Googled. It's actually called Noam HaShabbos.
They have an event the Shabbos of August 19 (Shabbos Nachamu) for $650 early bird special.
