I'm looking for SCD legal meals. No nuts, seeds, coconut, beans, or lentils.
Thanks!

That would mean lots of fish, eggs and dairy.
For variety you can do:
Sea bass kebabs, baked carrot fries, zucchini soup
Eggplant parmesan (skip the ground nut breading), Greek salad with seasoned farmers cheese
Tuna steaks, green beans, baked butternut squash fries
Pan seared tilapia, cauliflower rice, butternut squash soup
Zucchini lasagna, buttered parsley root puree, leafy salad
Salmon nicoise salad with kabocha squash cubes, creamy broccoli soup
Some more dairy ideas:
Zuccinioli (zucchini ravioli)
Cheese cubes dipped in pesto
Zuccinioli alfredo
Caprese cheese skewers
Spinach frittata/quiche thing
Cheesecake
Cauliflower pizza
Parve:
Vegetable frittata
French omelets
Crispy rainbow trout
Garlic baked salmon
Sole and salmon roll ups
If you need chicken or meat, please be in touch with a rav.

I'm so sorry, I meant parsley root puree! I will edit my post.
Zuccinioli
http://kitchen-tested.com/2015.....ling/
Salmon Nicoise Salad
6 ounces spring mix lettuce
3 (8 ounce) slices salmon, cubed and seasoned
1/2 pound green beans, trimmed and halved
1/2 kabocha squash, cubed and seasoned
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
3 scallions, thinly sliced on diagonal
Kalamata olives, pitted and cut
3 hardboiled eggs, peeled and quartered lengthwise
Preheat oven to 400. Arrange kabocha squash cubes on a cookie sheet and roast in oven for about 30-35 minutes.
Arrange salmon cubes and on a separate cookie sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes. Cut green beans in half.
Toss lettuce mix with 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon kosher salt (less if using table salt), and black pepper.
Add tomatoes, scallions and olives.
Top with salmon cubes, halved green beans, kabocha squash and quartered eggs.
Caprese Skewers
Cut cubes of a white cheddar cheese stick and alternate on a skewer along with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drizzle with a vinaigrette of 2 tablespoons each red wine vinegar and olive oil, 1-2 crushed clove(s) of fresh garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Cauliflower rice
Check cauliflower head (I use directions from star-k website). Blot dry well. Process in food processor until you have fine crumbs. Sauté in skillet. Season with salt and enjoy or add whatever you would in regular rice (diced veggies, etc.)
