My daughter is seven.I have my brother s wedding coming up she has wavy hair. Is an updo neater or should she have it half pony and curls down. Also what do I buy to put in. Headband, flowers, wreath?

I am trying to decide this for my DD (6.5). Updos are cute, but a little mature... I am thinking of a headband or wreath

Little girls with updos remind me of commercials for shows like "toddlers and tiaras".
Wreaths and headbands look cute, simchadik and appropriate.

Not a curly typical updo (too old) but she can do anything braided - braided bun, milkmaid braids, half ponytail that's braided etc.

Half up with braids or twists on the sides and a pretty clip to hold it together in the back.
Something like this:

Braids & bows (in an updo) are pretty popular these days for kids that age. By bow, I mean the back of the girl's hair is pulled into a bow shape, not sticking a bow into her hair.
