There was a recipe in last weeks ami that had medjool dates and nuts covered by choc . Anyone have it

Date and Peanut Butter Truffles
Sara Goldstein
3/4 cup almonds
12 medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
melted chocolate, for dipping
Pulse almonds in food processor until they are in small pieces. Pour into a bowl.
Procezz dates until they become a paste
Combine processed almonds, dates, cocoa, peanut butter and mix to combine. Form into balls.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Dip the balls one at a time and place on parchment lined sheet.
Refrigerate or freeze.

In that same ami I believe there was a rcipe for a zaatar and olive dip. Anyone got time to post that one I wud greatly appreciate it TIA
