It's in a medical office in BP. hours around 9-3. pay is $12/hr

No offense but this is a job for a high school grad.
No mom will want $12 per hour - after taxes and babysitting it will barely be worth it.
Oh and 9-3, many buses only come at 845 and drop off at 315 leaving little time for a commute.

I completely understand, we're pretty flexible with the hours, and that's just the starting pay...this office is full of working moms who want to do something during the day when kids are in school.
