Try reservekosher.com.
We rent condos from VRBO or Homeaway. Most condos have a self clean oven. We kasher the stove and oven. I bring a disposable tablecloth to cover the counter. We have it down to a science, and it's really not hard.

Question is how do I know if it's in the Jewish area which is where I want to be, I don't know Miami well enough to know the streets. I tried reservekosher, they only had one thing available and it's too expensive for us
