Which foods have you spiralized that stay looking nice for a day or two?

How do you store the spiralized fruits and veg?

I absolutely love spiralized beets, roasted with spices, and spiralized sweet potatoes, ditto. They'll stay fresh for a few days and I throw them into salads (beets and feta cheese, yum!) or just serve them plain. Spiralized fresh veggies I haven't had a lot of success with... got spoiled fairly quickly, but the inspiralized website has a whole post about freshness of various stuff and how to store: http://inspiralized.com/ground.....les/. Goodness this is making me hungry....
