Teela made some dresses like this . They were just under $40.

shipping is $6 flat rate or free over $100. It's from Canada but returns are to a CA address - didn't seem like a big deal. Check the site for return details.
The stuff Ive bought is perfect for kids, comfy, modest, great price, average quality. But I don't need amazing quality for my 6 yr old....

I just ordered from there based on the recommendation on the other thread. I made sure to measure by daughter before ordering and am hoping they will be good. The price certainly was right!
I can report back once it's arrived and my daughter has tried them on.

I'm actually searching for the same as Amelia Bedelia. Now that LittleMissMama posted the link I see that the colors I had been contemplating are out of stock in the size I need.
If anyone has any further recommendations, please post!
