Binah magazine had a really yummy recipe for honey and red wine club steak around Rosh Hashana time. I can't find it. Does anyone have it?

4 1/2 lb club steak
salt and garlic powder
oil for sauteing
3 onions, circle sliced
1 1/2 cups dry red wine
1/3 cup honey
Season club steak with salt and garlic powder to taste. Heat oil in frying pan over medium flame. Add club steak and fry on both sides just until browned. Transfer to a 9x13 pan.
Add 1/4 cup oil to frying pan. Saute onions until translucent. Pour onions and oil over club steak. In a separate pot bring wine and honey to a boil, stirring intermittently. Pour mixture over the club steak. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 hours. Check intermittently to make sure liquid is covering club steak (you can add a little water if necessary)
