I've gotten all natural things at the pharmacy in israel. They have one that coats the eggs and bugs in a silicone type of thing which suffocates them to death. Then you comb it out with the assy 2000 and they come right out. After it's all clean they have a preventative one from the same brand which really works.

My MIL used to brush her kids hair every morning with rubbing alcochol. It only smells the first few min, but the lice on the head get killed, and it repels new lice from coming.
