For lunch:
Sandwiches - a variety based on what people like. Usually peanut butter and jelly, tuna, egg salad.
Humus
Crackers or pretzels to dip in humus
hard boiled eggs (I peel before we leave home)
Lots of fruit - cut up peaches, nectarines, or grapes
Cookies
Snacks: crackers, granola bars, pretzels, more fruit
If it's summer and I''m worried about kids getting enough to drink, I will pack the honest kids juice pouches. My kids love them and I know they will drink them because we don't have sugar drinks at home.
