Hi,
I'm LovesHashem and if you don't know me yet, Hi.
I live in Israel (if you don't know yet, hi again) and basically for the past few years I have not worn flats. I have a problem with my foot where my bone inside my foot is twisted, and I walk inwards a bit- and there is no solution except an expensive surgery that I've been told is only used for cases where the foot turns in much more and a person cannot walk normally.
So yeah, flats get ruined very quickly, the sides totally ripped open and become huge, etc.
I've taken to wearing converse, or fake converse shoes that cost 40 shekels, boots (I guess they are sturdier, I don't know but they last much longer than flats), and sandals from NAOT and other comfort stores. Sandals don't really have sides, so that works.
Basically I've been used to really comfortable footwear. I was thinking about trying out some good quality comfort flats from the USA and I also am in depserate need for new shabbos shoes that are comfortable. So basically I'm looking for block black heels, 1-2 inch (short and cute) that are comfortable. I know someone coming in from the US...
So can anyone suggest:
1. Heels that are what I'm looking for.
2. Companies to look out for that sell comfortable shoes.
3. Any other suggestions for comfy footwear, stores, specific shoes.
I'm willing to pay good money for the heels, but you know...I won't deny sales.
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried getting orthotics?
Some comfortable brands of shoes:
Clarks
Ecco
Mephisto
Rockport
Softwaves - Portuguese brand sold in Israel
Naot - http://www.tevanaot.co.il/en/w.....bella
This is a Clarks shoe:
How about an open-sided pump like this from Rieker?

I have extra wide feet, and shoes are always a problem for me. I have and had success with Hotters, Clarks, Naot, SoftSpots, and Merrels. I get cheap shoes at Payless: there are basically four brands there that are comfortable for me (in WIDE): DexFlex Comfort, Comfort Plus by Predictions, SafeTStep, and Christian Siriano.

Both shoes not my style. I do not like that style. I mean the block heels with the more traingular ends that are in... By money I mean like up to 100 dollar....450 shekel in Israel.
