Zara or Gap. I've done very well with super cheap shoes from Gap.

For toddlers I did really well on Amazon, searching for brands I recognized to be a good quality and fit (e.g. primigi, pediped.) For post-toddler sizes, see my ongoing very frustrated thread!

I just checked zara's and they have some really cute shoes. How does it work, though, can you return if it doesn't fit?

Aliexpress, takes a week or to receive, u can check the size chart (ignore us sizes) and measure insole length, to find correct size. Put this in search bar on aliexpress!
