I am scared to sign on the dotted line (write a contract) w/o seeing s/o else's contract first, to know what has to be written into it. Anything you ask for before the contract, is reasonable, BUT anything you add after signing the contract is extra thousands. What's the solution?
Anyone who made a kitchen lately, can you please post what's important to have written into the contract.
Any advice you offer will be appreciated.
