I'm looking for ideas for a short vacation Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of Presidents week. I'm looking for inexpensive. Nice Hotel. Close to NYC. No planes or car rentals. Pretty views. Maybe access to kosher food and minyanim. Only my husband and I. No kids included.

Long Branch, NJ. You can see the ocean from you window. Look into The spa and resort hotel where you can get a good massage... not far from Lakewood so you can eat supper there if you want. They should have a minyan close by. Maybe go to an outlet mall one day( if you want to punish your dh).

Plenty of restaurants in Deal/Long Branch as well
