In my neck of the woods, there aren't a lot of rental options for get-aways. Do most people that rent a cottage or bungalow assume the rental is just going to have one oven? And one kitchen sink and ambiguously designated counters?

If it's not presented as a high-end luxury rental, why would somebody expect more than one oven or sink? Or are you renting to a frum clientele who may expect that? If so, you could either include pictures that show the kitchen, or add that detail to the listing. But if it's a general AirBNB listing, I don't think anybody would expect more than one by default.

Of course that's what I think! I have one oven and one sink at home...wouldn't expect a rental to be any different!
