I just bought a.I. stone's new shirt. It comes in super slim. Not cheap at $33 a shirt, but they are spill proof (I tried it and it works!).

I also like alviso, if wrinkle free is important to you it's a great buy. However, while it's very slim in the body, the arms aren't as slim as some others. I don't know if he cares about that. Shirt stop has the exact dimensions of each shirt on their site so you can compare to shirt you already have that he likes.
