I have four potato starch cakes cooling right now. How should I store them? Fridge freezer or just out at room temperature?

Plastic wrapped well in the freezer. I use ziplock. The challa bag size fits a 9x13 perfectly.

Counter if you're eating it tomorrow morning but they should be frozen and defrosted. They're good cold too. Fridge no. Tastes weird, fast.
