Any ideas for a Pesach dessert that is not the usual blondies/brownies and also doesn't require separating eggs. And also not ices. Anything else a little different, impressive, and simple.

Im serving my chocolate cupcakes with ,melted chocolate on it. Serve with scoop of vanilla ice scream... that's only if u have that in freezer. Just an idea...

I don't have the recipe but a friend makes a chocolate macaroon tart. The crust is crushed macaroons and the filling is like a flourless chocolate cake, very rich and fudgy. Yum!
