Use your regular recipe and leave out the eggs. You can add a mixture of 3 Tbsp each oil, potato starch, water, plus 1 tsp baking soda, to the pie.

Mash sweet potatoes. Add honey. Put in pan with ground nuts sprinkles on top and bake. Thats what I do
