DH would love a mezonos cake for yt though I don't have a oven. He said there is some kind of cake/cookie you can make and fry..
Anyone knows what he is referring to? I think it has a name.

I'm in same situation, no oven yet. I have a sir pele (wonderpot) but I haven't a lot of experience with it, unfortunately.

If you have a very large pot, you can also bake by steaming. I made challah this way when my oven was on the fritz. I made cookies in a covered pan on the stovetop -- it's just a tiny oven, really. You can cook pretty much anything this way.

Do you have a crockpot? I once made cake during the year in the crockpot. It would probably work the same with pesach ingredients.
