My ds has low frustration/distress levels and needs help with managing his frustration.
Does anyone know of any good, easy to read ( 3rd/ easy 4th grade level) books on this topic that have practical skills ?
I prefer a book that doesn't also say talk to an adult (many books do include that as a tip) since honestly I struggle with this too so I could benefit from these books too.
Oh and if the books have pictures, and short paragraphs it's best.
Thank u !

I'm not sure if these are specifically geared toward stress tolerance, but they are certainly helpful when it comes to flexible thinking and emotional regulation.
Understanding myself (lamia)
My book full of feelings (jaffe, gardner)
Knowing yourself, knowing others ( cooper , widdows)
Alexander and the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day (viorst)
Nobody's perfect (burns)
Wilma Jean the worry machine (cook)
Good luck!
