I've been making this one for years. Delicious!
6 Cups oats
2 Cups whole wheat flour
1 Cup sesame seeds
1 Cup sunflower seeds
1 Cup shredded coconut
1/2 Cup wheat germ
1/2 Cup oat bran
1 1/4 cup oil
1 cup honey
2 eggs
Combine all ingredients. (You can omit whatever you don't like. I omit the sunflower seeds). Spread loosely on 2 cookie sheets. (recipe can be halved. I do 1 cookie sheet's worth at a time.) Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. If desired add 1 cup raisins (I don't).
Delicious plain or as a yogurt topper, or with milk as a cereal.

I add sunflower seeds, soy seeds peanuts, craisins almond bits, sesame seeds and any other seeds I happen to find in store.
Sometimes I bake the seeds a little for crispness
I make the recipe 3 times at once, we use it for yoghurt, cereal, in salads and plain snacking. it dissapeares almosy faster than I can make it

Granola:
1/3 c dark b sugar
1/2 c oil
1/3 c honey
1/4 flour (I use whole wheat)
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t cinn
2 c rice crispies
2 c oats
Lay on cookie sheet flat.
Bake on 350' 20 min.
Mix 10 min into cooking.
I always double it, cuz it gets finished up so soon!
Also, if you want to be more healthy- I dont always use as much brown sugar and honey as the recipe says.
Like if I double the recipe I dont double b. Sugar an honey.

Thanks so much!
Does it need wheat germ and oat bran? I'm not really familiar with either

I made this recipe and it came out delicious!
I added 2 extra eggs, baked it in a cookie sheet (without stirring it, for about 20 more min than above) and then cut it into squares.
Tada, granola bars!
