My grandfather just bought himself a new car and of course it has no CD player, only bluetooth to play media files from a separate device. He is accustomed to listening to shiurim and audio books on CD during his long commute to and from work. How can I help him? He is not technically savvy so it needs to be a solution that will be easy for him to use.
TIA!

if he has a smartphone or ipod or tablet he can use that. I know 90 year olds who have figured out how to use an ipad or smartphone, even if he doesn't have one now he can work it out.

Does he have a smartphone?
If he does, he can download the Torah anytime app and listen to shuirim from there.
