I usually daven in the big shul in our community, My husband davens there too. This year my husband is davening in a small minyan for a man that is not well enough to go to shul. They will have women there too, but I still feel the pull to go to the big shul. I don't think I will be comfortable to show any emotions during the tefilos, while in the big shul, I cry my heart out to hashem behind the pages of my machzor.

I would also suggest do whatever you feel like but I am thinking how will it work with coming home for the meals. I am certain that the large shul will finish alot later then the small minyon. Will you have your husband wait for you?
