Stop the cycle once the water fills and it starts agitating, and let soak for an hour. Use stain remover like Kalia. Use more detergent than recommended. Definitly do not overstuff.

I agree with the more detergent. that always helps the clothing smell better. I also was putting my fabric softener in the wrong place. now in the right place it smells like the fabric softener!

Use Shaklee detergent its the only detergent that I find that really takes out the smell. And its healthy! Call 1800 Shaklee or go onto their website
