Help! It's so close to Shabbos and I need to make an easy dessert with ingredients I have. I read the side of my instant pudding mixes, and they say do not make with soy milk, only regular milk. How do you use them as an ingredient for an easy Shabbos dessert? Thanx.and.. any simple recipes..

I know it's probably too late for you for this Shabbat, but I find this recipe works very well with soy milk (I don't even bother with the butter at the end) and is easily made with ingredients readily available at home. If you have a graham cracker pie crust, just pour this in for a quick, easy, pareve pudding pie:

I have used pudding mix with coconut milk. It came out great!
