Don't know anything about it, but I have a friend from Richmond who went there for a few years recently. PM me if you want to contact her...

I live in Richmond and my kids go to Rudlin Torah Academy, which is only k-8. After 8th the girls can go to Shaarei Torah. Right now they are in the same building.

I am considering Shaarei Torah for my daughter entering 11 th grade. She is miserable at her current high school, has not been successful academically or socially, she is a smart, good, sometimes lazy, sometimes funky kinda kid but her self esteem is really low. She is seeing a very good therapist. Please tell me everything you know about the school and support system and the general idea of the girls there. Do the high school girls, The majority, have good character? She will have to board in town as well.
TIA.

We used to live there and it’s a very heimish, small community. The girls’ high school has a few girls with no administrators at the school full time. The same rabbi runs both the girls’ and boys’ high schools. Call the school with specific questions though. Hatzlacha!
