I was planning on naming after DH's grandmother but adding a certain name that I love before it as a first name.
Surprise! My husband's sister had a baby and gave that exact combo! And they had a reason to use that first name. I just like it.
I feel like if I give that name now everyone will just think I copied her....
Would you use it or pick something else?

Could you do something similar eg Suri Leah rather than Sara Leah, or Elianna Leah instead of Ilana Leah?

Can't think of anything similar. Although they are calling her by the second name and I would use the first name

Lots of cousins have the same name. I would just stick with the name I planned.
