I am looking for recommendations for a rav in Brooklyn to speak to regarding a chinuch related issue. Would like someone knowledgeable about the local schools and chinuch in general, understanding of children, and respectful of different hashkafos.
Would appreciate as much info as you can provide. Thank you!

Rabbi bender in far rockaway is amazing. He really understands children, the system etc. I know he’s not in Brooklyn but I believe worth the trip

Rav Yisroel Reisman and Rav Lipa Geldwerth are both highly-respected and down-to-earth Rabbonim in Brooklyn and involved in chinuch and know all the local yeshivos. They are also both very busy, but worth speaking to if you can get an appointment.

I agree with the suggestion to call Rabbi Bender. He is very approachable, very much in the chinuch scene, and I do feel that he is understanding and respectful of individuals.
