Hi everyone!
Im new here, Im really excited to have found this safe place to share things that are going on in my life.
My Question to u guys is this. We live in boro park. My family all live in lakewood. I was never really happy with city life. (and never truly will be) my husband will never move to lakewood..! We are thinking of moving to Staten island. Did anyone here make that move? How is it with kids travelling to school?
What happend if they miss the bus?
Anyone hav any advice for me?!?

There has always been a cadre of kids from Staten Island who go to school in Brooklyn. I'm not Chasidish but grew up in SI and there was a huge bus (some years even 2) that took us to school. I did it for 12 years. What happens if you miss the bus? It's the parents responsibility to get the kids to school so if driving them isn't an option, you better make sure they don't miss the bus.

If your kids miss the bus. There is a shuttle which goes back and forth from Si to BP during the day. There are lots of people traveling back and forth throughout the day, there are plenty of ride groups on what’s app that people offer and ask for rides too
