It's without perfume. So it doesn't smell very nice. Not bad to... just like a cream. It helped my dd skin to stay hydrated and helped for the eczema. After a while I changed to la roche because I got a bigger bottle for the same price LOL

I haven’t used the eczema cream, but in the past I’ve used the baby calendula cream and it’s my favorite.

Another vote for la roche, I saw mustela has sunflower seed extract which isn’t good for for my baby

I found that it didn't help much. I use Eucerin now.
